Senior Finance Executive- Payment Gateway

As our Senior Finance Executive- Payment Gateway you will be involved in end to end managing, preparing, reviewing and automating the payment gateway reconciliation process with operators.

Responsibilities

• Managing the entire payment gateway reconciliation process on a daily basis


• Preparing and reviewing multiple PG reconciliations reports for various payment gateways


• Preparing and publishing MIS reports related to PG reconciliation


• Highlighting risk and deviations in the PG reconciliation process to respective stakeholders


• Automating the entire payment gateway reconciliation process


• Ensuring there are no collection or TDR leakages


• Preparing and reviewing PG TDR provision workings for month-end closure


• Verifying and Processing PG invoices (on gross settlement/net settlement)


• 
  Onboarding new PG- s, Banks and new MID's with existing PG- s/Banks


• Managing accounting for PG finance operations and having full control of PG balances


• Managing various audit assignments related to PG finance operations


• Managing various audit assignments & MIS reporting requests on adhoc basis

Requirements

Must Have:

• Overall 4-5 years of experience years into PG reconciliation processes


• Experience in preparing and reviewing multiple reconciliation reports for various PG- s


• Experience in automation of PG reconciliation processes with internal controls in place


• Experience in accounting for processing GST related invoices on a gross/net settlement basis in an ERP environment


• Good interpersonal and communications skills

Good to Have:

• Experience in PG MIS reporting


• Experience in negotiating and maintaining healthy relationships with all PG- s


• MBA finance/CA with minimum 3yrs to 5yrs


• Experience of working with & managing a team
