Job Summary:

• Role: Associate / Assistant Manager
• Experience: 1-2 years in controller role or Stat audit or similar roles within a tech company Big 4
• Key Focus: Supporting the Finance controller in Preparation financial Statement, Audit schedule, MIS reporting, reviewing Book Keeping,

• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements, audit schedules, and internal audit processes. Support in ensuring accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monthly MIS: Collaborate in the preparation and timely delivery of monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports. Contribute to analyzing financial performance and providing insights to management.
• Process Improvement: Support the continuous development and optimization of financial processes, ensuring timely, accurate reporting, adherence to internal financial controls (IFCR), and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• ERP Management: Assist in the usage and management of ERP systems to handle financial data, chart of accounts, and segment-wise reporting, ensuring consistency and accuracy across financial operations.
• IND AS & Statutory Compliance: Apply knowledge of IND AS 116, IND AS 115, and statutory compliance requirements, including TDS, GST, and other local tax regulations. Support in the preparation of tax filings and regulatory reports.
• SaaS Metrics & Financial Analysis: Gain expertise in SaaS financial metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and churn rate. Assist in applying these metrics for reporting and performance analysis within a SaaS business model.

  Get Hired
  : CA/CMA/MBA or similar qualification with 1-2 years of experience in Preparation of Financials, Statutory Audit or a related finance role.
• Preferred: Exposure to Statutory audit with Big 4 or Finance controller setup

Skills:

• SaaS Metrics: Financial Reporting, Tax compliance, GST
• Proficiency: Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Zoho or similar financial tools is a plus.
• Analytical Ability: Detail-oriented, with the ability to assist in basic financial analysis and reporting.
• Communication: Good communication skills to collaborate with business teams and understand financial data needs.
• Process Improvement: Interest in financial automation and process optimization.
