About the Role
At Juspay, were seeking an Associate to join our partnership team and help drive growth within our payments and lending ecosystem. This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced strategy managers, gain exposure to fintech and financial services, and contribute directly to Juspays key initiatives for product and business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Partnership Management: Assist in managing and strengthening partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and fintech companies to grow Juspays lending network.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of partnership solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and gather insights from partners to identify emerging product opportunities and trends.
- Operational Support: Provide essential support in optimizing partnership processes, including partner onboarding, process documentation, and managing day-to-day communication.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate between lender and merchants on a day to day basis and handle any potential conflicts arising out of the same, amicably, to scale up the business
What Were Looking For
- Experience: 1-4 years in payments, financial services, or fintech, with a focus on operational tasks.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the payments and lending landscape, with exposure to banking or fintech partnerships preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with an aptitude for clear and concise communication across teams and with partners.
- Analytical Approach: Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to identify trends and derive insights from data.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work well in a team and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a fintech environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in handling day-to-day operational tasks and managing documentation.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to dive into new challenges.
