About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst Digital Marketing to join our International Team. In this role, you will serve as the analytical backbone of our marketing efforts, delivering data-driven insights that optimize campaign performance across Google Search and Display. Your expertise will help shape bidding strategies, targeting, creative testing, and overall ROI improvement. This position offers a clear growth path into a PPC Account Manager role, where you will take ownership of campaigns based on your performance.

What Youll Do

• Collaborate with digital marketing managers to analyze campaign data using SQL and Power BI, turning raw metrics into actionable insights.
  
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests, validate hypotheses, and provide recommendations for rollout.
• Apply segmentation and clustering techniques to refine audience targeting and identify optimization opportunities.
• Leverage AI-driven tools to create and refine ad assets, optimize keyword groupings, and apply predictive modeling for prioritization.
• Support execution and management of PPC campaigns, ensuring tactical adjustments are implemented effectively.
• Develop custom Power BI reports and SQL-based dashboards to track performance, budget pacing, and testing outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate insights, drive optimization strategies, and measure their impact.

What Were Looking For

• Experience: Overall, 8 or more years of experience in Digital Marketing and Analytics.

  Analytical Expertise: 5+ years of experience working with large marketing datasets using SQL, with a proven ability to generate insights and actionable recommendations (Minimum 2 years of SQL experience is needed).
• BI & Visualization Skills: 3+ years of experience with tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, or similar platforms; strong skills in dashboard creation and automated reporting.
• AI & Automation: Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., GPT-based platforms) for asset creation, keyword categorization, and predictive analysis.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of Google Search and Display, PPC campaign structures, bidding strategies, and metrics such as LTV, CAC, and ROAS.
• Statistical Rigor: Strong foundation in A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical validation.
• Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex data into clear, persuasive narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
