About The Role
As Senior Manager Digital Marketing at JustAnswer, you will optimize paid search engine marketing (SEM) across various categories. Your focus will be on improving efficiency, optimizing spend, and expanding into new areas through testing. This Bengaluru-based role supports the Customer Acquisition team in San Francisco, requiring a data-driven problem solver who brings clarity and insight.
What Youll Do

• Manage the full portfolio for an international market.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search campaigns for category-specific websites.
• Explore new channels (Display, YouTube, etc.) to expand market reach.
• Use data analysis to improve efficiency with market-specific insights.
  

What Were Looking For

• 814 years of Digital Marketing experience.
• Expertise in Google Search Ads, GDN, DV360, Brand Marketing, Facebook, YouTube.

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF).
• SQL knowledge is a strong plus.
• Familiar with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, tag management.
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); programming background is a plus.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset.
• Results-oriented and proactive.
• MBA and/or Engineering degree preferred.
