We are looking for Assistant Manager (Community), India in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to drive operational excellence.
• Manage P&L, track performance metrics, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Oversee seamless member experiences, including check-ins, issue resolution, and engagement.
• Represent the centre(s) through VIP visits and professional tours.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, landlords, and vendors.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Workspace, Finance, and IT to achieve business objectives.

Pre-requisites for this role include:

• 5+ years in operations, hospitality, or serviced office management.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in sales, facilities management, or finance is a plus.
