We are looking for Customer Relations Representative in India (Bangalore).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Be the face of JustCo Greet members, visitors, and guests while managing entry access and conducting centre tours.
• Handle queries about our products, services, and offerings across multiple channels (front desk, email, phone).
• Facilitate smooth move-in and move-out experiences for members, ensuring their workspace setup is seamless.
• Oversee daily centre operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, and managing shared spaces like pantries and meeting rooms.
• Support administrative tasks such as front desk duties, courier services, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Participate in community events and initiatives that foster a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Pre-requisites for this role include:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in customer service, ideally within 5-star Hotel, the serviced office or hospitality sector.
• Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
• Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented with a passion for building communities.
• Proficiency in MS Office with a keen eye for detail.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
