Job Description
- As a Retail Sales Associate at JUSTDOGS, your role will involve greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and recommending the right products and services. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory. Your duties will also include managing pet spa appointments, handling home delivery orders, and staying informed about products, new arrivals, and promotions. You will process sales through the POS system, handle cash/card transactions, assist in stock management, and perform store opening/closing duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and pitch the right products and services
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory
- Handle home delivery orders and ensure timely dispatch
- Stay informed about products, new arrivals, and promotions
- Process sales through POS system and handle cash/card transactions
- Assist in stock management and store opening/closing duties
Qualifications & Skills:

- Passion for pets and basic knowledge of pet products
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, punctual, and a team player
- Basic computer knowledge is a plus,
