We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer Quality Assurance who will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing test strategies for custom-built applications on the Oracle Fusion PaaS layer. The primary focus will be on ensuring the quality and reliability of Oracle Fusion Financials, and eventually expanding coverage to HCM and Procurement modules. The candidate will also lead QA reporting, automation initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for Oracle Fusion applications.

• Coordinate with QA and project teams to align testing strategies with business goals and timelines.

• Lead QA reporting, provide technical mentoring, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Implement and maintain automation testing frameworks to improve testing coverage and speed.

• 
  Analyze project documentation to plan, estimate, and prioritize testing activities.

• Validate release outputs and test reports to ensure reliability and defect-free deliveries.

• Ensure compliance with DP World standards including CMMI and ITIL practices.

• Track recurring defects and ensure traceability to business requirements.

• Participate in continuous improvement of testing methodologies and team processes.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, internal teams, and stakeholders.

• 8+ years of experience in QA/testing of ERP and cloud-based applications.

• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion modules (Financials, HCM, Procurement).

• Proficiency in the entire Testing Life Cycle and automation frameworks.

• Experience with tools such as Microfocus ALM, DevOps Boards / JIRA, and Oracle Application Testing Suite.

• Ability to create and manage effective test strategies and documentation.

• Familiarity with software quality standards such as CMMI and ITIL.

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Certification in Oracle Cloud Testing, ISTQB, or LoadRunner.

• Experience with Java, Oracle, PL/SQL for test scripting.

• Demonstrated ability to guide junior QA engineers and manage team outputs.

• Prior experience in a large enterprise or multi-module implementation environment.
