Job Description
- You will be working as an IT Administrator at Kaabil Finance, an RBI registered NBFC. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and performance, while providing technical support to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Implement and manage security protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Monitor system performance and optimize resources as needed.
- Document IT processes and maintain an inventory of hardware and software.
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of network protocols and security practices.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
