Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Rajasthan, India. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve business targets. Daily tasks include identifying client requirements, providing tailored financial solutions, managing client portfolios, and supporting business development activities to improve customer retention and growth while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship building and client communication
  • Problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills

    Proficiency in sales, financial products, and customer service
  • Knowledge of financial services, banking processes, and the local market in Rajasthan
  • Ability to work independently, manage a portfolio, and meet sales targets
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Prior experience in finance, banking, or customer relationship management is advantageous
