We are seeking a dynamic Placement Trainer to join our team and play a crucial role in our Campus Training and Placement Initiatives. The Placement Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to college students, preparing them for successful careers, and facilitating their placement in leading companies. This role involves a combination of training, coaching, relationship management, and business development activities.

Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery:
• Deliver engaging and effective training programs in your area of expertise (e.g., Communication Skills, IT, Finance, Engineering, etc.).
• Develop and update training materials to ensure relevance and alignment with industry trends.
• Employ various training methodologies to cater to different learning styles.
  
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Placement Facilitation:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies to understand their hiring needs.
• Identify suitable job opportunities for trained students.
• Prepare students for interviews through resume building workshops, mock interviews, and interview skills training.
• Coordinate placement drives and campus interviews.
• Track placement success and gather feedback from both students and companies.

  Get Hired
• Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients to promote Kaarlos training and placement services.
• Develop proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of different companies.
• Negotiate and finalize training and placement agreements.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges and universities.
• Coordinate with college placement cells and faculty to ensure smooth training and placement processes.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to students throughout the training and placement journey.
