Were looking for a Head of Strategy & Business Development a visionary doer who can turn ambition into action, and scale a personal brand into a global empire.
What Youll LeadRevenue & Growth- Architect and execute growth strategies to double/triple annual revenue.
- Launch and scale high-impact campaigns, collaborations, and monetization streams.
- Identify new markets, verticals, and audiences.
- Sharpen KRPs brand architecture across services, products, content, and Kajols public image.
- Build a performance-driven structure with reporting systems and clear KPIs.
- Establish Kajol R Paswan as a global luxury beauty icon.
- Lead the launch of new verticals including KRPs upcoming makeup and skincare line.
- Conduct market research, consumer insights, and feasibility studies.
- Drive execution from concept to GTM with strong project management.
- Build strategic alliances with luxury brands, media houses, influencers, and platforms.
- Craft co-branded opportunities that elevate the brand and unlock new revenue.
- Define and track business metrics from revenue and engagement to conversion and retention.
- Provide insight-driven recommendations to Kajol and the leadership team.
- 712 years of experience in strategy, growth, brand partnerships, or business leadership roles (ideally in luxury, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle)
