Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Pune Division. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely reporting and compliance, and delivering exceptional service quality. Key responsibilities include regular communication with clients, preparing and analyzing financial statements, monitoring budgets, and addressing financial queries. The role will also involve supervising junior staff and supporting business development initiatives to expand client portfolios.

Qualifications

• Strong financial and accounting skills, including proficiency in financial statement preparation, auditing, and budget management
• Proven experience in client relationship management and ability to maintain high standards of customer service

• Familiarity with taxation and compliance regulations alongside excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in accounting software and analytical tools
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts effectively
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; CA/CPA certification is a plus
• Prior experience in a related role is preferred
