HR Manager

Location: Kalyan west

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Human Resources to lead our HR function and shape our people strategy. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee all areas of human resourcesincluding talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organisational culturewhile ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with Indian labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement HR strategies that support overall business goals.

* Lead talent acquisition and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.

* Drive employee training, development, and succession planning initiatives.

* Strengthen organisational culture, employee engagement, and diversity efforts.

* Manage performance management systems, recognition, and feedback processes.

* Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and industry best practices.

* Oversee HR budgets, resources, and analytics for informed decision-making.

* Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering professional growth.

* Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and change management.

Requirements

* Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

* 510 years of progressive HR leadership experience.

* HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD) preferred.

* Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, HRIS/ATS systems, and best practices.

* Proven expertise in *employee engagement, change management, and DEI*.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

* Ability to manage budgets, lead teams, and drive organisational change.

Preferred Qualifications

* Masters degree in HR or related field.

* Experience in MNCs or fast-paced business environments.

* Strong project and crisis management skills.

* Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and talent management.

* Experience leading diversity and inclusion initiatives.
