Job Description
- You are a skilled and experienced Electronic Security Engineer with over 4 years of experience. Your main responsibility will be to implement, manage, and maintain advanced electronic security systems such as IP CCTV, Access control, Video walls, Conference systems, and digital signage. This role requires hands-on project execution and configuration of Milestone VMS and HID Access Control systems. You should have a solid understanding of SQL databases and networking fundamentals, along with the ability to lead projects and work with cross-functional teams independently for successful system deployment.
As a Sr. Engineer in Electronic Security, you will lead and oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of IP CCTV Surveillance Systems. You will also configure and manage Video Management Software (VMS) such as Milestone Systems, implement and support Electronic Access Control Systems based on HID hardware, manage and maintain other access control systems like Turnstiles and Flap barriers, execute projects related to CCTV and Access Control Systems from planning to handover, support and manage Digital Signage Systems and conferencing solutions, coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely project execution, prepare documentation including project status reports, handover reports, and system configurations, and ensure system compliance with security and safety protocols.
You should have a BE in Electronics/Instrumentation and at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Electronic Security Systems implementation and support. Your technical skills should include a strong working knowledge of IP CCTV and VMS platforms (Milestone), Access Control technologies (HID), Digital signage solutions, and command center setup. Additionally, you should have basic knowledge of SQL databases for reporting and backend configurations and an understanding of basic active and passive networking components such as switches, routers, and cabling, network troubleshooting, and bandwidth planning for video systems.

Desired attributes for this role include a good understanding of electronic security industry standards, excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, good communication and coordination skills, and a strong attention to detail and documentation discipline. Additional advantages would be experience with integration of electronic security systems with other IT or BMS platforms, knowledge of cybersecurity considerations in security systems, and certification in Milestone VMS or HID systems (preferred).,
