Manager

Conduct internal and external Project Kick-Off Meetings.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules and milestones as per contractual agreements.
Co-ordinate with the installation team for a smooth installation process and resolving any site query pertaining to the plant design.
Maintain smooth communication with Customers, Owners Engineers, PMC, and Project Developer Teams.
Oversee Planning, execution, commissioning and project closeout for individual or multiple projects.
Define project scope and update schedules as required.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and preventing overruns.
Ensure the project team has the necessary resources to complete tasks efficiently.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks related to timelines and budgets.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management and other stackholders
Prepare and share weekly/Monthly progress reports with internal teams and clients.
Travel to project sites as needed to support project objectives.
Ensure compliance with pre-commissioning and commissioning protocols and standards.
Enforce safety regulations and the use of PPE by execution teams.
Implement quality control measures, including audits and feedback improvements.
Identify and address quality issues, implementing preventive measures.
Follow and promote First Time Right project execution standards.
Ensure proper handover of projects, internally and externally, with complete documentation.
Oversee and track statutory approvals required for project execution.
Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and payment collections.
