Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager - Techno Commercial, specializing in Cosmetic Ingredients for the South Region. The professional will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business leads, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory. The role involves providing technical support to customers, understanding their formulation needs, and offering tailored ingredient solutions. Collaboration with internal teams for strategy development and market analysis will also be a key aspect of the position.
Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and contract negotiation
  • Technical knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, skincare, haircare, and personal care formulations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans for revenue growth in the cosmetic industry
  • Proficiency in multitasking and maintaining accountability for achieving business targets

  • Educational qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related field
  • Experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry is highly desirable
