Responsibilities

• Program Management
• Ensure smooth execution of the Kalvium program on the assigned campus.
• Monitor and improve student learning progress, outcomes, and happiness through data analysis and dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective program operations.
• Manage on-ground operations for assessments, events, and other program-related activities.
• Mentorship
• Deliver Kalviums Foundation courses, which include behavioural skill-related courses such as Learning how to learn, Professional skills, Critical thinking, etc.
• Facilitate professional development and career outcomes of a cohort of Kalvium students, ensuring successful placements and optimal performance reviews from recruiting tech companies.
• Provide counselling, guidance and support to students to help them overcome challenges during their learning journey and at work.
• Ability to take up initiatives.
  

Qualification

• Masters degree in MBA-HR, Psychology, Social Work, or any related field.

Before Start of Internship there will be an online training program for 10-15 days(Unpaid).
For Freshers:- 3 Months
Stipend:- Rs.20,000/Month
For Experienced(Maximum 6 Months):- 1 Month

• Location and Work Mode: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh
