Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Corporate & Industry Partner Engagement:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise partners for internships, apprenticeships, and job placements.
  • Identify and onboard new corporate partners looking for skilled student talent.
  • Ensure corporate partners are engaged and satisfied with student performance and program structure.
  • Gather feedback from companies to refine student training and curriculum alignment with industry needs.
Student Mentorship & Support
  • Guide students on career readiness, skill development, and industry expectations.
  • Organize corporate interactions, networking events, career fairs, and mentorship sessions.
  • Act as a bridge between students and hiring partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and performance tracking.
  • Address student concerns regarding placements, industry exposure, and career growth.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with the academics team to align training with corporate expectations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase student success stories and corporate testimonials.
  • Track and analyze placement success rates, student performance, and employer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Provide periodic reports on student engagement, corporate partnerships, and hiring trends.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate relations, career services, account management, or talent acquisition (preferably in EdTech, HR, or Higher Education).
  • Strong understanding of campus recruitment, internships, and talent development.
  • Exceptional networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with CRM tools, placement tracking software, or HR tech platforms is a plus.
