- Responsibilities -
- New Business acquisition of general staffing business
- Lead sales team to achieve targets
- Achieve consistent growth through effective portfolio management, strategic positioning and optimal pricing
- Negotiating and close contracts with LOI prior to deployment at site
- Survey market and maintaining database of prospective Clients
- Be aware of the competitors activities
- Get large transition business
- Monitor teams performance and suggest improvements with cross function coordination
- Forecast trends and stay aware of global developments impacting business
- Build a high-performing sales team by providing mentorship, coaching and guidance

- Required Skills -
- 10-15 years of business development experience in General Staffing industry, team handling and understanding about national staffing presence
- We are hiring for the candidates from General Staffing Industry Experience only.
