Responsibilities
- Customer engagement and retention
- Serve as the relationship manager for high-value customers, focusing on nurturing long-term, trust-based partnerships that foster business growth.
- Engage existing customer accounts in a consistent and meaningful way, i.e. regular check-ins, updates, and meetings.
- Drive retention by understanding customer goals, offering solutions tailored to their needs, and ensuring they derive maximum value from Karbon FX offerings.
- Customer intelligence
- Collect and verify customer demographics and needs
- Collect and verify customer&aposs projected spending periodically
- Write clear and in-depth notes, and maintain clean tracking in CRM
- Feedback and advocacy
- Proactively identify customer pain points. Act as a customer advocate by collecting and relaying feedback to product and business teams, enhancing the overall customer experience and aligning our solutions to drive growth.
- Background

- 2-5 years proven account management experience
- Proven record of managing corporate / enterprise clients
- Skills
- Domain expertise: Proven expertise in account management, relationship building and maintenance.
- Networking Skills: Demonstrated success in building relationships and leveraging professional networks.
