Responsibilities
  • Customer engagement and retention
  • Serve as the relationship manager for high-value customers, focusing on nurturing long-term, trust-based partnerships that foster business growth.
  • Engage existing customer accounts in a consistent and meaningful way, i.e. regular check-ins, updates, and meetings.
  • Drive retention by understanding customer goals, offering solutions tailored to their needs, and ensuring they derive maximum value from Karbon FX offerings.
  • Customer intelligence
  • Collect and verify customer demographics and needs
  • Collect and verify customer&aposs projected spending periodically
  • Write clear and in-depth notes, and maintain clean tracking in CRM
  • Feedback and advocacy
  • Proactively identify customer pain points. Act as a customer advocate by collecting and relaying feedback to product and business teams, enhancing the overall customer experience and aligning our solutions to drive growth.

    Background
  • 2-5 years proven account management experience
  • Proven record of managing corporate / enterprise clients
  • Skills
  • Domain expertise: Proven expertise in account management, relationship building and maintenance.
  • Networking Skills: Demonstrated success in building relationships and leveraging professional networks.
  • Reference
  • Professional references required
