The Role
As a Branch Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing and expanding customer relationships within the assigned branch. You will be the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and promoting our range of financial products and services. You will also play a key role in driving sales and business development initiatives to meet and exceed branch targets.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by providing personalized and high-quality service.

• Identify and anticipate customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and investments.
• Actively promote and cross-sell the banks products and services to meet sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Analyze customer financial profiles and provide expert advice on financial planning and wealth management solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and bank policies and procedures.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through various marketing and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
  

Qualifications And Skills

• A bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail banking or financial services, with a proven track record of relationship management and sales achievement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Sound knowledge of banking products and services, as well as excellent financial and investment advisory skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
