As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Supervisor with proficiency in SAP to join our team.
Job Summary
The Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction companys store and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction materials, excellent organizational skills, and expertise in utilizing SAP software for inventory control and management.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all activities related to the store, including inventory control, material receiving, issuance, and stock maintenance.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all materials received and issued using SAP software.
• Maintain proper stock levels by conducting regular stock checks, monitoring consumption patterns, and coordinating with procurement and project teams to replenish supplies as needed.
• Implement efficient storage and retrieval systems for construction materials to optimize space utilization and ensure easy access to required items.
• 
  Coordinate with the procurement team to source and procure construction materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to understand project requirements and forecast material needs.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store operations, including inventory management, order processing, and return handling.
• Train and guide store staff on store procedures, safety protocols, and proper use of SAP software for inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to store operations, such as inventory accuracy, stock levels, and delivery timelines.
• Analyze data and generate reports on store activities, including consumption trends, stock discrepancies, and any operational issues, to assist in decision-making and process improvement.
  

Qualifications And Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.

  In-depth knowledge of construction materials, their specifications, and usage.
• Proficiency in SAP software for inventory management and control.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and identify trends.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in supply chain management or inventory control is a plus.
