About the Role

Katonic AI is hiring Partner Alliance Managers to join our Partner Sales & GTM team. This is a global role based remotely in India. Each Partner Alliance Manager will be assigned one or more strategic technology partners (such as Cisco, SUSE, Red Hat, NVIDIA, HPE, Dell, or IBM) and will own that partner relationship end to end, driving joint go-to-market strategy, co-selling, enablement, and revenue globally.

You will be the single point of ownership for your assigned partner(s), working across geographies and time zones to build deep, productive alliances that accelerate enterprise adoption of Katonic AIs Sovereign AI Platform. This role requires exceptional communication skills, as you will engage daily with global partner teams, regional sales organizations, and Katonic AI leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Assigned Partner Ownership

  • Serve as the dedicated alliance manager for one or more assigned technology partners (e.g., Cisco, SUSE, Red Hat, NVIDIA, HPE, Dell, IBM)
  • Own the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, joint planning, co-selling, enablement, and ongoing relationship management
  • Build and maintain relationships at multiple levels within the assigned partner organization globally
  • Become the subject matter expert on your assigned partners ecosystem, programs, incentives, and go-to-market motions

Joint Go-to-Market & Revenue

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with assigned partners, including pipeline targets, co-selling motions, and marketing campaigns
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across all regions (APAC, Middle East, and beyond)
  • Collaborate on joint customer engagements, proof-of-concept projects, and enterprise deal cycles
  • Track and report on partner pipeline, deal registration, and revenue attribution quarterly

Partner Enablement & Ecosystem Building

  • Create and deliver partner enablement programs including training materials, solution briefs, and technical documentation specific to your assigned partner
  • Coordinate joint campaigns, events, webinars, and content with partner marketing teams
  • Represent Katonic AI at partner summits, industry events, and conferences globally

Internal Coordination

  • Act as the internal voice of your assigned partner, channeling feedback on product needs, competitive insights, and market opportunities
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure joint solutions meet enterprise requirements
  • Provide regular reporting to the VP, Partner Sales & GTM on partner health, pipeline, and strategic opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Engineering degree (B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent) combined with an MBA is strongly preferred - this blend of technical depth and business acumen is ideal for engaging with technology partners and enterprise customers
  • 0-5 years of experience in partner/alliance management, channel sales, business development, or enterprise technology (fresh MBA graduates welcome)
  • Strong interest in building relationships with major technology vendors (NVIDIA, HPE, Cisco, Dell, IBM, Red Hat, SUSE, or similar)
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) - this is critical. You will be the bridge between Katonic AI and global partner organizations across different regions, cultures, and time zones
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with senior executives at partner organizations
  • Exposure to or understanding of partner-led sales, channel models, or co-selling motions
  • Understanding of enterprise AI, cloud infrastructure, or sovereign technology
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced startup environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to align with global partner time zones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or project experience with AI/ML platforms, MLOps tooling, or data infrastructure products
  • Prior exposure to partner ecosystems such as NVIDIA, HPE, Red Hat, Cisco, SUSE, Dell, or IBM (via internships, projects, or previous roles)
  • Familiarity with sovereign AI concepts and government/regulated industry requirements
  • Experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up company
