Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our key clients. In this role, you wont just be managing a relationship; you will be a strategic partner helping clients navigate the complexities of AI integration. You will translate business requirements into technical specs for our engineering teams and ensure that our AI products deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Strategy: Own a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high retention and identifying opportunities for expansion (upsell/cross-sell).

• Project Oversight: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical AI projects, from initial discovery and scoping to deployment and optimization.

• Technical Translation: Act as the bridge between non-technical stakeholders and our AI/ML engineers. You must be able to explain model performance, data requirements, and technical constraints clearly.

• Product Advocacy: Collect client feedback to influence our product roadmap, ensuring our AI features align with real-world market needs.

• Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs for AI implementations (e.g., accuracy rates, latency, or cost-per-inference) to demonstrate value to the client.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 35 years in Account Management, Technical Project Management, or Sales Engineering within a SaaS or Deep Tech environment.

• AI Literacy: Proven experience managing projects involving Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Generative AI. You should understand the difference between training and fine-tuning.

• Project Management: Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com, and experience with Agile methodologies.

  Elite presentation skills. You can walk a CMO through a slide deck and then dive into a technical documentation review with a Lead Dev.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Experience with Prompt Engineering or hands-on experience using AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• A background in data privacy and compliance (GDPR/SOC2) as it relates to AI.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
