Job Description
- You will be joining Katyayani Org Fincare Pvt. Ltd., a growing DSA (Direct Selling Agent) company that assists customers across India in obtaining the right credit card, insurance, and loan solutions. Teaming up with top banks and NBFCs, the company offers financial products such as personal loans, business loans, insurance, and credit cards.
As an Insurances Sales Executive, your role will involve promoting and selling insurance products to individuals and businesses. You will be tasked with identifying potential customers, generating leads through various channels, understanding client insurance needs, explaining product features clearly, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, staying updated with market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, events, etc.
- Understand clients" insurance needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitor products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass preferred graduate.
- Prior experience in sales or insurance is an advantage (freshers can also apply).
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain customer trust.
