You will also be in charge of picking up and delivering documents, packages, and other office-related materials between our office and external partners or government departments. It is vital to maintain the vehicle in good working condition by scheduling regular maintenance, conducting daily inspections, and ensuring cleanliness at all times.
The role demands excellent knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic rules, and the ability to navigate efficiently using GPS or maps. Punctuality, professionalism, and a courteous attitude are crucial as you will often represent the company during client visits and external errands. You must also handle confidential documents with discretion and ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner.
