International Business Development Manager - Power/Transmission & Distribution/EPC/Electrical Equipment Industry

Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious International Business Development Manager to drive global market expansion and strengthen the organization's international presence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in export sales, international tendering, distributor management, and developing strategic relationships across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities across target markets.
- Drive export sales and revenue growth through global customer acquisition.
- Develop and manage relationships with international distributors, agents, and partners.

- Participate in international tenders, bids, and contract negotiations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Expand the company's footprint in existing and new geographies.
- Manage key international accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Represent the organization at international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Requirements:
- 5-13 years of experience in International Business Development, Export Sales, or Global Sales.
- Experience in Power, Transmission & Distribution, EPC, or Electrical Equipment industries.
- Strong knowledge of international markets and export processes.
- Hands-on experience in international tendering and contract negotiations.
- Expertise in distributor and channel partner management.
- Strong key account management and customer relationship skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
