Vice President - Sales - Power/Transmission & Distribution/EPC Sector

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Vice President - Sales to lead business growth, customer acquisition, and revenue generation initiatives within the Power, Transmission & Distribution sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in B2B sales, EPC sales, channel management, and strategic account development.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

- Lead and manage national sales operations and channel partner networks.

- Drive business growth through customer acquisition and market expansion.

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, utilities, EPC contractors, and distributors.

- Identify opportunities in government, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

- Manage key accounts and large-value sales opportunities.

- Collaborate with business development and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

- Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
