Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to set-up and manage KBRs lab. The candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle, from equipment fabrication to operational management of testing campaigns, data interpretation, and coordination with technology leaders.
Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Fabrication and commissioning Management:
• Coordinate with third-party laboratories and vendors for the fabrication of pilot testing equipment.
• Monitor the progress and quality of fabrication to meet timelines and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections and approve fabricated equipment prior to commissioning.
• 
  Coordinate the installation, commissioning and start up of the pilot testing unit.
• Testing Campaign Management:
• Develop and implement protocols for regular process and catalyst testing.
• Schedule and manage testing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and repeatability of results.
• Troubleshoot and optimize test operations as needed.
• Data Interpretation:
• Analyse test data to evaluate catalyst performance and process efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and technologies based on results.
• Coordination with Technology Leaders:
• Act as the primary liaison between the testing team and technology leaders.

Qualifications
Education: Masters or Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering,
Experience
Minimum of 5-10 years in process and catalyst testing or related fields.
Skills
Should have basic knowledge of various analytical tests. Should have basic understanding of Chemical, Refining and Olefin technologies. Strong project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
