Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Pune and involves leading commercial leasing operations. The Commercial Leasing Lead will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, managing leasing transactions, building strong client relationships, and ensuring that clients requirements are met effectively. The role includes overseeing leasing negotiations, handling customer inquiries, maintaining a database of properties, and providing expert advice to clients in the selection and acquisition of commercial spaces.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Proven expertise in Sales and Account Management for securing and nurturing client relationships
