Job Description
Contract Management
- Drafting, reviewing, and administering contracts for NHAI HAM & EPC highway projects, Railway EPC contracts, Solar EPC, and T&D projects.
- Interpretation of GCC, SCC, EPC contracts, HAM concession agreements, and subcontracts.
- Management of LOAs, work orders, amendments, and contractual correspondence.
- Ensuring compliance with client-specific contract conditions and statutory requirements.Role & responsibilities
- Handling legal compliance related to NHAI, Railways, Power & Renewable Energy projects.
- Coordination with internal and external legal advisors for arbitration, litigation, and dispute resolution.
- Ensuring adherence to Contract Act, Arbitration Act, Labor Laws, and project-specific regulations.

Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of NHAI, Railway, Solar, and Power sector contracts.
- Working knowledge of FIDIC, Indian Contract Conditions, and EPC frameworks.
- Expertise in claims, arbitration support, and contract risk management.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and contract management systems.
