KCC Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Tendering Estimation Engineer for our head office in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling pre-tender cost estimation, rate analysis, and bid preparation for large-scale Highway and Railway infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed pre-tender cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs from drawings and project documents.
• Conduct rate analysis for materials, manpower, plant & machinery.
• Study contract documents, drawings, specifications, and tender conditions to understand project scope.
• Visit project location for analysis to collect cost data and technical inputs.
• Prepare and assist in technical proposals and supporting calculations.
• Assist in tender clarifications, queries, and negotiations until award of project.
• Maintain updated database of construction rates and cost benchmarks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) / B. Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in pre-tender cost estimation for Highway and Railway Infrastructure Projects.
• Strong knowledge of IRC codes, MoRTH specifications, Railway standards, and industry practices.
