Digital Marketing Specialist (Live Chat Support & SEO Focus)

Location: Remote (Kerala candidates preferred)

Languages Required: Malayalam and English (fluency required); Hindi (conversational level)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will handle live chat customer support, demonstrate application features, conduct user training, and manage support ticketing. You will also be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, focusing on SEO and SEM to improve our online presence and drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time live chat support to website visitors and customers.
• Demonstrate application features and provide product training to users.
• Create and manage customer support tickets, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• 
  Monitor and analyze web traffic, trends, and campaign ROI.
• Enhance website SEO/SEM performance for increased visibility and ranking.
• Publish and maintain SEO-friendly content using WordPress.
• Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and address website health issues.
• Stay current with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 24 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Certifications in SEO, Google Ads, or digital marketing tools are a plus.
• Fluent in Malayalam and English (mandatory); conversational Hindi is an advantage.
