Training Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Specialist to join our UAE team. This role is critical in developing and delivering impactful training programs for our sales teams and external partners. You will be responsible for designing training materials, facilitating engaging sessions, and driving performance improvements across key functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and localize training content and materials tailored to various audiences (internal sales teams, field partners, merchant partners).
• Deliver high-impact training sessions in-person and virtually, with a strong focus on engagement and knowledge retention.
• Lead onboarding sessions for new hires, as well as continuous learning initiatives for existing staff.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics; refine content and approach based on feedback and outcomes.
• 
  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Merchant Growth) to align training programs with business needs.
• Maintain and update a library of course materials, manuals, and training assets.
• Support the rollout of new tools, processes, and features through clear instructional content.

Requirements

• 3 years of proven experience in training design and facilitation, ideally within a sales-driven environment.
• Demonstrated success in partner training or customer enablement is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of the training cycle: needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Figma).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced / start-up environment.
• Experience in the food delivery or tech-enabled service industry is highly preferred.

Language Requirements

• Fluency in one or more of the following languages: Arabic, English, or Hindi/Urdu.
• Multilingual candidates are highly preferred.
