Job Title- Assistant Sales Manager

Real Estate Experience

: - The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate should have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and should be energetic to execute a particular strategy.

Deal with direct buyers and investors to sell Indian Luxury Real estate projects

Identify partnership opportunities with Corporates. Develop new relationships with developers to grow business and help company expand.

Coordinating with developers Relationship Managers

Aggressively doing client meetings.

Maintain existing business prospects.

Think critically when planning to assure projects success.

Responsible to generate the revenue by selling Indian properties to NRI & Indian customers

Must have knowledge of direct and B2C sales.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
