Overview:
Keller Williams Delhi NCR is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Google AdWords and Facebook Ads to lead our digital marketing efforts in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing targeted, data-driven campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and maximize ROI in the highly competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Management:
- Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook Ads, focusing on driving leads and conversions in the real estate sector.
- Design and optimize marketing funnels to capture qualified leads for real estate listings and Keller Williams agents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing strategies with Keller Williams overall marketing goals.
Ad Creation & Optimization:
- Craft compelling ad copy, create engaging visuals, and test multiple creatives to determine the most effective approach for each campaign.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly to ensure maximum reach, engagement, and conversion at the lowest possible cost.
- Conduct A/B testing to continually improve ad performance and conversion rates.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
- Define target audiences based on market research and segmentation data to ensure campaigns reach the right demographic for real estate properties.
- Utilize advanced targeting techniques such as lookalike audiences, retargeting, and geo-targeting to ensure precision in ad delivery.
Stay Current with Industry Trends:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices across paid search and social media platforms.
- Continuously adapt strategies to stay ahead of competitors in the ever-evolving digital landscape, particularly within the real estate market.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in managing Google AdWords and Facebook Ads, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion for the real estate market.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing best practices, bidding strategies, campaign setup, and audience targeting in Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager which are beneficial for promoting luxury real estate.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other performance measurement tools to maximize ROI in the highly competitive real estate market.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how they integrate with paid search strategies.
- Experience with CRM tools and integration of digital marketing campaigns with CRM systems.
- Google AdWords and Facebook certifications are a plus.
