Job Description

You have an exciting opportunity as a Content Developer at our Hyderabad location with 2-4 years of experience. As part of our in-house design team, you will be responsible for developing and executing technical learning initiatives across IQ-EQ's global business.

In this role, you will work closely with the technical training team to deliver creative learning projects across various channels. Your responsibilities will include delivering content that aligns with IQ-EQ's brand identity, actively participating in creative brainstorming sessions, creating visually appealing campaigns to attract new business or talent, developing clear creative briefs, content editing, proofreading, and managing the creative process from brief to execution.
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with exceptional creativity, curiosity, innovation, attention to detail, and time management skills. You should be highly experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, photo and video editing, and social media platforms. Experience with platforms like Articulate and Canva would be desirable. Additionally, you should be adept at concept execution, design scalability, brand development, and management.

Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of additional languages would be advantageous. A strong track record of delivering expert creative content across multiple channels is essential. The expected learning outputs for this role include eLearning modules, learning videos, podcasts (desirable), training presentations, training manuals, process flow mapping, user guides, and digital marketing materials for websites, intranet, and social channels, as well as print materials like brochures, reports, fact sheets, and presentations.
