Job Description

As a Technical Solutions Consultant at Kensaltensi / Alkimi Exchange, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process of publisher clients onto our proprietary advertising exchange platform, Alkimi Exchange. Your primary responsibility will involve working closely with the Publishing Development Consultants to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for the publishers. You will serve as the main technical point of contact for all publisher-related queries, providing timely and effective resolutions to any issues that may arise.

Your role will also involve investigating and resolving integration and platform issues, offering technical guidance and support to both internal teams and external partners. Collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Ad Tech Dev teams will be essential to relay publisher feedback and advocate for necessary feature enhancements or fixes. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation, integration guides, and training resources to support the publisher onboarding and support processes.
Regular reporting to the VP of Platform Operations on onboarding progress, technical challenges, and publisher performance metrics will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a technical support, solutions engineering, ad tech, or publisher operations role. A strong understanding of ad serving technologies, programmatic advertising, and web technologies is required. Experience with publisher platforms, ad tags, SDKs, or similar ad tech integrations will be beneficial.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential, along with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in using debugging tools and analytics platforms is expected. A self-starter with strong organizational and project management abilities will thrive in this role.
While a Bachelor's Degree is preferred, it is not mandatory. Experience with proprietary or custom-built ad tech platforms is a plus. Familiarity with industry standards such as IAB, OpenRTB, and Prebid is advantageous. Basic scripting or query language skills like SQL, Python, etc., will be beneficial for this role.
