Qualification

Bankers, Auditors & Regulatory Authorities, Consultants, JV Partners
Head Quarters in Singapore and local BD, Finance, legal and project teams
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
5 to 10 years of experience post qualification

Relevant Experience
1. Experience in co-ordinating audit activities and managing reporting,
budget development and analysis
2. Good understanding of latest accounting standards, IND AS, Tax
provisions
3. Keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills with attention to details, which allows for strategic data interpretation versus simple
reporting.

Essential skills
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
2. A proactive, hands-on strategic thinker
3. Knowledge of Tally, SAP and other MS Office applications
4. Understanding of Financial Modelling is preferred.

5. Understanding of Treasury function
6. Monitoring Project Performance for various Keppel Investments
7. Interacting with JV Partner teams for Variance analysis, Query
resolution, reviewing financial business plans
8. Handling all the reporting to HQ pertaining to Project performances
9. Assist in Business Operations such as Bank Account Opening/ Online
Banking setups/ FD Placements/Compliances with Internal Controls
and SOPs/Equity Infusion Planning etc.

Job Profile
1. Monthly Book closing/SAP reporting
2. Driving Statutory Audits/Internal Audits/ Tax compliances
3. Budgeting/ Forecasting/ Year end valuations
4. Engaging with prospective lenders for financial reporting, Covenants
compliances, documentation closure, etc
5. Assist in financial/tax due diligences for pipeline deals
