Manager Finance

Department : Finance & Accounts

Geographic Coverage : Pune /Thane and/or any other metros as per business requirement

External Interface : Bankers, Auditors & Regulatory Authorities, Consultants, JV Partners

Internal Interface : Head Quarters in Singapore and local BD, Finance, legal and project teams

Qualification : Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Relevant Experience : 8-10 years + of experience post qualification

Essential skills

1. Experience in co-ordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis
2. Good understanding of latest accounting standards, IND AS, Tax provisions
3. Keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills which allows for strategic data interpretation versus simple reporting
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. A proactive, hands-on strategic thinker
6. Knowledge of Tally, SAP and other MS Office applications
7. Understanding of Financial Modelling
8. Understanding of Treasury function

Job Profile

1. Monitoring Project Performance for various Keppel Investments
2. Interacting with JV Partner teams for Variance analysis, Query resolution, reviewing financial business plans

3. Engaging with prospective lenders financial reporting, Covenants compliances etc
4. Negotiating commercials and structuring of loans in light of prevailing regulations
5. Assist in HQ reporting with multiple reports pertaining to Project performances
6. Assist in Business restructuring such as Demerger activities/ FPI set up
7. Monthly Book closing/SAP reporting
8. Audits/ Tax compliances
9. Budgeting/ Forecasting/ Year end valuations
10. Assist in financial due diligences for new acquisitions
