Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the UAE sales strategy in line with corporate goals.
- Identify market opportunities, define target segments, and establish go-to-market plans.
- Build and lead the annual business plan, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Lead the commercial preparation for the new local production facility, aligning product portfolio and pricing strategies.
- Build, coach, and mentor a high-performance sales team.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Foster an inclusive and respectful working environment, sensitive to multicultural dynamics.
- Provide regular training, feedback, and performance management to support team growth.
- Drive top-line growth and market share expansion across key channels (retailers, distributors, projects, applicators).
- Manage key customer relationships and strategic accounts directly.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and adjust plans to ensure targets are achieved.
- Ensure effective pipeline management and accurate sales forecasting.
- Work closely with marketing, technical, operations, and supply chain teams to align business priorities.
- Support product launches, promotions, and pricing strategy in collaboration with product marketing.
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights to support innovation and strategic planning.
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil or Chemical preferred); MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in the construction chemicals or building materials industry.
- Proven track record in strategy development, implementation, and business transformation.
