Job Description

    Role Overview:
    As a Gucci Client Advisor, your role is crucial in providing exceptional service to customers by understanding their unique needs and expectations. You will serve as a brand ambassador by embodying the philosophy and values of Gucci, creating a luxurious client experience that showcases your passion for the brand.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals to drive business growth
    - Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of products, Gucci history, and heritage
    - Drive and surpass individual KPI goals through high-level customer service and quality sales interactions
    - Capture meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships, personalize client development opportunities, and enhance customer experience
    - Maintain an active, accurate, and organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing follow-up on sales or client requests
    - Engage with clients to discuss fashion trends, luxury market developments, and provide expert advice with a passion for fashion and luxury products
    - Collaborate with colleagues as a team player, fostering open communication to ensure a consistent exceptional experience for customers and a positive working environment
    - Uphold security standards in the store to ensure customer and merchandise safety
    - Contribute to maintaining visual product displays according to Gucci standards
    - Assist in daily store operations by organizing understock and stock rooms
    - Adhere to Gucci Image standards and company policies and procedures
    Qualifications Required:
    - Minimum 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting
    - Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting customer and colleague relationships

    - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to multitask effectively
    - Strong organization, follow-up, accuracy, and attention to detail skills
    - Team-focused with a collaborative mindset
    - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    - High flexibility to adapt to different customer needs
    - Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business requirements
