Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Experience: 4 to 10 years
:
- To ensure Primary as per forecast Month/Qtr/Year
- Managing distribution channel, Developing new accounts.
- Taste (Flavour) & Bakery will be key to develop classified as General Business.
- Managing Inventory at distributor level as per end customer requirements.
- To penetrate substantially into Rural market as a part of Geo expansion, Rajasthan being key state for Focus.
- Maintain bottom line as per target- Managing Mix of the products
- Monthly forecast planning & reviewing.
- Pipeline management for new development.
- Collection & Account reconciliation.
- Market benchmarking of competition products & Kerry products.
- Building customer relationships.

- Product portfolio pitch. /Road shows.
- To attend Bakery workshops & trade shows.
Skills:
- Graduate in Food Tech/Hotel Management / Management.
- MBA/Specialization / Additional Diploma in Culinary / Bakery would be preferred.
- Minimum 4 to 10 years of experience of Food Ingredients.
- Geographical knowledge and fluency in local language is a must.
