Senior AI Consultant (Copilot Studio / AgentForce)

The Role
Keyrus is seeking an experienced AI consultant to support Sales & Marketing teams in designing, deploying, and scaling AI-powered copilots and agents. Leveraging Keyruss expertise in AI strategy, governance, and industrialisation, this role focuses on enabling to drive of business value through Microsoft Copilot Studio or Salesforce AgentForce.
Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of AI copilots and agent-based solutions in Sales & Marketing contexts.
• Translate business needs into actionable AI use cases that improve efficiency, personalisation, and decision-making.
• Apply frameworks such as AI governance, ROI capture, and scalability principles (as highlighted in Schneiders AI journey) to ensure sustainable adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, data, IT) to build enterprise-ready, governed AI solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on Copilot Studio or AgentForce, including architecture, integration, and best practices.

• Act as a trusted advisor to Sales & Marketing leadership on AI literacy, risk mitigation, and change management.
  

What Were Looking For In Our Applicants

• Proven hands-on expertise with either Microsoft Copilot Studio (preferred, given Schneiders maturity) or Salesforce AgentForce.
• Minimum 35 years of relevant experience in AI assistants, chatbots, or agent-based automation.
• Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing processes, including CRM, customer engagement, and campaign management.
• Ability to link AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes (ROI, efficiency gains, customer experience improvements
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
• Experience working with global enterprise clients (preferably in energy or industrial sectors) is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems.
• Exposure to AI accelerators and collaborative intelligence platforms (Agentic AI) is a plus.
