Job Description

You will be joining the Business Development team at KFC as a motivated and experienced Design Professional. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating and collaborating with partners to create top-notch designs for Stores, overseeing the development of designs for all upcoming stores, and liaising with external design consultants to ensure designs align with the template. Having knowledge of MEP services and the latest material pallets and BOQs will be advantageous. Cross-functional coordination will also be a key part of your role, along with conducting site feasibility visits and utilizing your site/construction experience.

Ideally, we are seeking someone who has 3-5 years of experience working in a design consultant's office, holds a B.Arch. degree or an experienced Diploma from a reputable college, is proficient in AUTOCAD, Photoshop, and presentations, possesses excellent communication and presentation skills, and showcases creative talent, imagination, and an eye for design.,
