AI Product Owner

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an AI Product Owner in Baltimore, MD.
Key Tasks:
* Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features
* Work closely with AI engineers, designers, and developers to ensure successful product delivery
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
* Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
* Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
* Ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
* Develop key predictive models that lead to delivering a premier customer experience, operating performance improvement, and increased safety best practices
* Provide expert data and analytics support to multiple business units
* Access and analyze data sourced from various Company systems of record. Support the development of strategic business, marketing, and program implementation plans
* Collaborate with other analytic teams across the organization on big data analytics techniques and tools to improve analytical capabilities
* Educate key stakeholders on the organizations advanced analytics capabilities through internal presentations, training workshops, and publications
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
* Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in AI or machine learning projects
* Proven experience in developing and deploying predictive analytics projects using one or more leading languages (Python, R, Scala, etc.)
* Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools
* Strong knowledge in machine learning, artificial intelligence, statistical modeling, data mining, information retrieval, or data visualization
* Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications
* Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to translate executive and analytics leaders vision and guidance into methods and analytics
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
