Technical Program Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Technical Program Product Manager 2. This position can be based in Seattle WA or Herndon VA.
Opportunity:
The Technical Program Product Manager will provide project leadership, anticipate bottlenecks, mitigate project risks, quantify the impact of making tradeoffs, and balance business needs against technical constraints. This team has a challenging task of balancing cost, schedule, and innovation-based problems. You should be comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced and often uncertain environment, and contributing to innovative solutions, while demonstrating leadership, technical competence, and meticulousness. The Technical Program Product Manager will lead infrastructure deployment projects across a wide range of technologies and standards. This role will give you an opportunity to work with many different teams across the organization to deliver solution.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of industry experience as Technical Program Manager in Datacenter Infrastracture and Network builds
* Passion for Datacenter networking technologies
* Background with high availability, very large scale networks and network design and architecture programs/projects
* Good track record of working effectively with across different groups in the organization
* Cross-team coordination, project management, and communication skills
* Record of successful delivery of large scale datacenter projects
* Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done
* Ability to deal with ambiguity, think creatively, be comfortable working with a team of top-notch network development engineers and collaborating with our partnering teams
* Excellent written and oral communication
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
