Job Title: BI / MIS Data Design & Reporting Specialist

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Location: Coimbatore

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard Design & Development: Create, design, and maintain interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Zoho Analysts or Qlik sense.

• Data Modeling & ETL: Prepare, clean, and model data from multiple sources to create scalable data models.
• Advanced Reporting (MIS): Develop automated, high-precision daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management, ensuring data accuracy.
• SQL & Query Optimization: Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and validation.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in data reporting processes and implement improvements for better efficiency.

Required Technical Skills

• Visualization Tools: Expert-level knowledge of Zoho Analysts or Qlik sense with its core features.
• Database:

  Get Hired
  Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
• Data Manipulation: Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros/VBA).
• ETL Tools: Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) or similar ETL processes is highly desirable.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Commerce, or related fields.
• Relevant experience in data management, MIS reporting, or business analytics.

• 13 years of hands-on experience in BI/MIS roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
